The content of this site is intended to inform about personal colour analysis services and to facilitate appointment bookings at Colour Pop Studio. We reserve the right to modify the content without prior notice.

2. Intellectual Property

All texts, photographs, infographics, other visuals, and other content on the site are the property of Colour Pop Studio and may not be copied, distributed, or used without explicit permission.

3. Limitation of Liability

We strive to ensure the accuracy of all information on the site, but do not guarantee complete accuracy, timeliness, or suitability of the information for all purposes.

4. Booking and Payment

Appointments for individual or group colour analysis can only be made online through our website. Payment must be made immediately upon booking. Services cannot be reserved without prior payment.

For online colour analysis, payment is also required at the time of order, and the service will be provided within 7 working days of receiving the requested photo materials.

5. Cancellation Policy

By booking an appointment, the user accepts the agreed service terms. If you are unable to attend the scheduled appointment, a cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time by sending an email to hello@colour-pop.com to receive a refund.

• Cancellation up to 24 hours before the appointment: If you cancel at least 24 hours in advance, you are entitled to a full refund.

• Cancellation within 24 hours: If you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled time, a refund is not possible.

• No-show: If you do not attend without prior cancellation, a refund is also not possible.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to change these terms of use at any time. We recommend you check them periodically.
